Car: 1995 5sp GLE 235k mi, regular oil changes, recently replaced radiator.

Symptoms:
1) Engine hesitating @ operating temps
2) Cold engine idle @ 1500 rpm; decreases to 700 after a minute or so
3) Warm engine idle 600 rpm and jumpy on occasion
4) Engine losing power during drives - typical hesitation. It hasnt died on me yet (at lights, stops)

Steps taken: Change IACV per mechanic (probably not the best advice since problem persist)

this

If anyone has any suggestions/corrections/opinions, i'd like to know.

If you're not throwing an EGR code, do the easy stuff first: clean throttle body and MAF, and make sure plugs are NGKs. And maybe look for vacuum leaks.

^ This. Also, check your coilpacks. Had the same symptoms and turns out it was cylinder 5 coilpack, plug was soaked in fuel.
