I recently installed a custom catback exhaust with 2.5in piping and it sounds good n car pulls harder.. my question is does 3in exhaust make that much of a difference?

 

What are your mods?

 

Just a cold air intake n lowered on sensens/ksports

 

No need for a 3" IMO.

 

I suppose it depends on what you want to do in the future in this case.

 

unless youre gonna boost it dont bother

 

If you had headers or a few more serious mods I would definitely recommend it to get all the horsepower untapped.

Saying 3" is for turbo/boost only is ignorant chrome91.
There are gains to be had NA, but the starting point should be headers or a y pipe as far as exhaust.

If you swap the sensens for KYB's you can go 3" exhaust...
