Ive been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days to order a Y-Pipe and cant get ahold of them, on the phone or through e-mail. Anyone else have this problem? Or does anyone know of a different way to get a hold of them? THanks

 

Try emailing Matt93se, he talks to them a lot. He might be able to help you.

 

they are usually prompt to reply even when you have a problem.. i wouldn't see if they wern't really busy they would be ignoring you while you were making a purchase

 

Try giving the 800 number a call in the evening, sometimes Dallas is out of town picking up parts and supplies and isn't around during the daytime.

 

They always got back to me very reasonably. Good guys to go through just keep trying. Maybe they were having problems on the phone or something?

Yeah I know thats what I thought. I e-mailed them a week ago and they e-mailed me back within 20 minutes. Now for the last three days I have been e-mailing and calling them to place my order and I havent gotten any kind of response at all. I dont know what I should do. THanks for the help

 

I think it is a smaller shop anyway. So if something happens it may affect them in a big way. Like family emergencies and what not. Give it some time since they may be gone for the weekend but dont give up on them.

I understand that something different is up with them because there answering machine still says that this is January 24 which is what it said yesterday. The bad news is that I had set up today as my day to order my y-pipe with over night delivery because I had to have it here by saturday(tomorrow) well the cut off time for mailing overnight packages is going to be here in 49 minutes. It sucks because a buddy of mine was in town from wed. and was supposed to leave today but called his wife and cancelled plans that he had with her so that he could help with the install. He stayed an extra day and all for nothing if I dont get the pipe ordered from them in the next 48 minutes. The bad thing is he ****ed his wife off by staying and he's gonna be ****ed at me because I didnt even get the order through and I have been trying since 8 this morning. Sorry im just venting. THanks for all of your help

 

Hello, I just saw this thread. I can attest that Dallas is home and working hard daily on Maxima mods. Today we had a 2001 in our friends shop. Remember we get over 100 e-mails a day. It sometimes takes several days to turn around mail. Be on notice that if you don't get a response from Dallas in 48 hours, e-mail me and I will take care of it. As we are growing, getting alot of calls, we are going to have our sister (part owner) start answering the phone in the day. We are currently working with her to get her up to speed. She will be able to handle most calls with Dallas or myself answering the small ampount of calls that require more knowledge.

Yeah, it is good to call in the middle of the night. Everyone has to sleep, so you know he is there. Try calling around 2 or 3 in the morning.
