Where to buy Rear Sway Bar

I'm in the market for a Rear sway bar for my 1995 maxima, but I am having problems finding these online. The only couple I see right now are a progress rear sway bar from a sketchy site, and a progress rear sway bar from ebay which says it doesn't include the end links. Both of these are around $220

If anyone knows a reliable source where I can get a complete kit, please let me know.

I am also wondering which rear sway bar kit is the best

Thank You!

Progress is great, but most if not all companies have stopped making a RSB for the 4th gen.

When they were selling new, Progress was around $160iirc.

Good luck, and maybe try posting a WTB. I believe you can buy all the hardware and bushings still, but you'll need to source the bar.

i have a progress RSB for sale if you're interested.

The stillen RSB was more expensive back in the day, like $220 compared to progress/addco which was $160ish i believe. I've had both. Stillen was more aggressive and was a hard mount and was adjustable as opposed to the progress which used PE bushings and is mostly non adjustable iirc. Stillen is overkill unless you are actually going to be racing the car in autoX or on a road course.

It's been a few months, but the Addco/Progress bars were available for sale from Summit and Jegs last time I looked.

Sorry to have to correct you Wiz! But there's a big difference in these two and it's the mounting hardware....Addco has thinner metal straps and U bolts....Progress has superior mounting hardware...I'm acually runnning an Addco RSB with Progress hardware....Their bracketry is way superior too Addco setup.... metal strap are of a higher grade and thickness!

I've bought old and used Addco and Progress bars in the past and the hardware seems identical to me. Maybe over the years they've cheapened the hardware because the bean counters want to save a few bucks?

If what you're saying is true, then I suggest anyone to buy straight directly from Progress.

No Addco hardware hasn't cheapened....The brackets and straps used on the Progress were different that mounted to the trailing arms first of all. and the u-bolts and straps were thicker and higher grade, plus a really good cadium plating....

I'm liking this link and I am thinking this will be the one I go with, especially since it comes with installation instructions. My question is What are the end links and are they necessary for installation?

And a huge thank-you to everyone for all the information and opinions and links.

Since our Maximas don't have independent rear suspension like the front, we don't have rear end links like we have front end links. Basically, you can buy this product and install as is and not worry about anything else.
