I have looked under the hood and the dash everywhere. Where is this relay? I need to swap it... before I drop and buy a new fuel pump... Pics would be appreciated.

 

It's on the inside of the car right under the drivers side fuse box area, underneath you will see the kick panel, remove it, and you will see a silver plate with 2 10mm bolts, revoke them, slide it out and it's a blue relay sitting right there

If you have abs, you will need to move the abs module forward first

 

Why do you think that you might need a fuel pump? I ask because 98% of fuel pumps that get replaced are good.

 

Bypass the relay ...with a short piece of wire with male bldes on each end! The two terminals illustrated on the Green Relay should be connected and if your problem still exist....Sure it's not ignition related?
