Ebay Y-pipe header combo

Has anyone installed or checked into this combo?

I was going to buy a Warpspeed and CAT. but saw this and was just curious what the quality is. $140 shipped intrigues me, but cautions me as well.

BTW I just bought a 99 SE-L from the original Owner with 110K 5 Speed Black on grey interior.

Nice ride...i have thw same car lol....ive heard they have fitment issues at the oil pan area...but i cannot speak from experience
