De-k swap not running correctly (lean or rich)

The reason for that is mainly the injectors in the DEK engine. they are bigger than the ones in the old DE engine.
I suggest getting a tune for it so you wont be running too rich or too lean.
Its any one of those VAFC2 VTEC control air/flow fuel controllers, emanage, Apexi, etc or any other brands.

You probably have a vacuum leak if its going back and forth between running lean and rich.
The dek injectors aren't that much bigger in the grand scheme of things, so the ECU does a pretty good job of compensating in regular driving. Once you go heavy load/full throttle you will run rich and that is where the tuning devices mentioned earlier come into play.
