I have been noticing that when I keep my car parked outside and it rains, I am getting a smallish stream of water on the passenger side floor. It seems to be coming from the firewall area running toward the seat, which gives me the impression that it is entering from underneath the passenger side windshield wiper. I wonder if the rubber gasket on the passenger side windshield wiper mechanism is bad.

Any ideas?
