98 maxima 01 11 code showing

I check my.check engine light with the screwdriver. It gave me 01 - 11 code which is evap control system (flow). Where can I find these components in my car? I reset the light many times too, and it comes back.

the 01 11 code is also known as P1447.

Go to page 386 in this link to read about it.
http://boredmder.com/FSMs/Nissan/Maxima/1998/EC.pdf

The parts that could be involved are the

EVAP canister purge volume control valve
EVAP canister purge control valve
EVAP canister purge control solenoid valve

EVAP control system pressure sensor and the circuit
EVAP canister vent control valve
EVAP canister

The first 3 items are bolted on the intake manifold.
The last 3 items are in the rear behind the driver side wheel.

Read the manual before doing anything. The first thing I would do is check the EVAP canister vent control valve. These things corrode and stop working. It is bolted onto the EVAP canister itself. I is also possible that the EVAP canister is "leaking" the charcoal bits that are inside it. Remove the EVAP canister purge control valve and see if you can shake any charcoal bits out of it. If you can, then you will have to replace the canister and clean (blow) out the tube that runs between the 2 parts.
