Doing clutch- replace flywheel too?

I am diving in and replacing the clutch, due to a likely pressure plate failure, and am going to upgrade to an Exedy Stage 1 while I am at it.

Is it a good idea to replace the flywheel too, or should it be adequate to just check it for damage and scuff off the glaze?

I drive a manual and have never worked on the tranny yet, but if your going to go through the work I would say just replace it.

You cant buy a new oem flywheel from nissan. You can go aftermarket, but if you want to keep it stock, id get the flywheel resurfaced, new pressure plate, new clutch disc, throw outbearing, new fork, new fork retainer spring clip, new fork dust boot, pilot bearing and rearmain seal.
