Will installing indiglo's ruin my aluminum dash kit?

I installed my aluminum dash kit a while back and have 6 color indiglos on order and was wondering if the indiglo install would ruin part of the aluminum dash kit? Anyone know? Any help would be great. Thanks

I was just wondering if by putting the indiglos on after the dash kit that it might peel a part of the dash kit off or something. Did you put the indiglos on afterwards? Since there is that aluminum piece right there below the spedometer I didnt know if it would effect it or not. Thanks

It shouldn't. The double sided tape on those dash kits is strong stuff. Just be careful when taking the dash apart and you shouldn't have any problems.

Yeah, the dash kit goes on top of parts that come off, so there should be no problems with taking them off. Just go slow, although you shold be going slow anyways. I would be more concerned with not jacking up the needles than ruining the dash kit
