Noise when I turn steering wheel counter-clockwise

Any ideas on what could be causing a significant squeaking sound when I turn my steering wheel counter clockwise and going in reverse? Is this rack and pinion issue or possibly the axle going. Just replaced my passenger axle a few weeks ago.

What kind of squeaking? Describe the noise more. Where does it sound like its coming from? It could honestly be any number of things from strut bushings, balljoint, tierod, control arms... Need more info imo.

It is a high pitched squeak that only lasts for few seconds. The other sound I hear sounds like rubber and rubber going against each other, again only lasting for a few seconds.
