Hi guys,

I recently took my 96 Maxima SE into a mechanic to have it inspected. One item they found was the EGR transducer was "burnt through" and needed to be replaced.

Does anyone have a picture of this or can post link to what this part is? I have looked for awhile and need some help.

It's under the throttle body. BPT valve, number 7 in the diagram.

a transducer being an electrical item only number 6 would match that description

 

EGR on all but 99 Cali spec is mechanically operated. #6 is the temp sensor.
