Girlfriend had front end collision and triggered Anti theft. Followed fsm and power to 3 on relay then none to starter signal wire. 98 gxe

Your description is not very clear. 3 on what relay?

But if the alarm (anti-theft) is triggered, you need to fix that, not the starter.

More info would be very helpful.

NATS disables the fuel injectors but the car should still crank shouldn't have any effect on the starter

Well Dennis I know it's been 7 years but you did write this

This will allow the starter to crank the engine IF the alarm system is the cause. I'm pretty sure that the security led in with the clock will be on If the alarm system is the cause.

My car has a manufacturing date of 98 and it had NATs, easiest way to tell is looking to see if your key has the chip.
