The throttle response sucks I have to rev it up a few times for it to start being able to actually rev up thats with it in park or nuteral. In gear there is little to no throttle response I can be natted to the floor amd nothing any pointers are welcomed Im trying to get this vehicle on the road again since the gas miliage on my truck is pretty bad .

What’s the situation with the throttle linkage at the throttle body? With the enigine replacement did it get installed and adjusted correctly?

Check, adjust and replace if necessary the throttle position sensor.
