You've missed the whole point entirely once again. If someone was at the same track as me, and I ran a 15 and he ran a 14 with only bolt-ons, then something is obviously wrong with my car or my driving. But if he ran faster than me, then he ran faster than me. The clock doesn't lie. I would believe there was something wrong with my car for running slower than expected.

But this whole time, your argument hasn't been someone running faster than you at the same track. You've argued that it's impossible for someone to run faster than 15.5 because that's what Nissan claims the Maxima runs. And that is a very, very, very, very idiotic argument. Nissan publishes what they want to publish. If they did 100 runs, some of them may have been 14.5, some may have been 16, but they'll either average them, or pick the most consistent time. And it's not in Nissan's best interest to publish the actual time. Often times, carmakers rate their cars more conservatively so that when magazines/people drive them the numbers are lower than published, and the car looks good. If they publish too low a time, and people can't run it, then it looks like nissan is lying.

Just because you can't break 16's does not mean that someone else can't run 14's in their Maxima. I just don't get how you cannot fathom that simple concept.

You seem like the type who blames others for their own failings. "Everyone on this board must be BS'ing because they can run 14's and I only run 16's." Isn't that your basic argument? Did you ever once think that you may just truly suck at driving? Or that maybe your car isn't running right? These people have unrefutable proof that their cars are that fast, and you cannot back up one single point you've made. Yet you cling to the idea that you must be right, and they're lying to you.

Ok ... timeslips:

Run number one:

Run number two:

Videos:
First run:
http://www.maximaproducts.com/movies...0-trackrun.avi --> 6 mb
(You can make out the last two digits of my reaction time: 1.190 as I go past the sign.)

Second run:
http://www.maximaproducts.com/movies...-trackrun2.avi --> 4 mb
(You can see my reaction time: .491 as I go past the sign.)

(Edit: All I had was an JWT cone intake. I just upgraded my computer and my free webhost is no longer free so I'm in the middle of getting everything together. I'll post pics of my engine bay to show that that's all I had.

No y-pipe, no SC, no NOS, no nothing ... just JWT intake.)

Go to http://www.maximaproducts.com --> movies

Go to the "Island Dragway runs" section.

The following list is of 4th gen running and their times. Notice how everyone is under 16 seconds.

island 2 --> 15.63
island 4 --> 15.64
island 5 --> 15.xx
island 7 --> 15.65, 15.62
island 9 --> 15.44
island 10 --> NOS: 14.xx, 15.53
island 12 --> 15.73

The only person that was using NOS was the white Max in "island 10". Everyone else had just basic bolt-ons. Nobody had a supercharger. It's a mix of 5 speeds and automatics. In "island 7" the Max that ran a 15.65 was stock. His best time that day was 15.62 I believe. And he has the slips to prove it.

I could not have doctored all those videos and it's impossible that everyone has a supercharger to run those times.

Im going to have to agree that you have your head too far up your @ss to see the truth. My '95 auto with PR CAI, Stillen Y, RT cat, 3" dual cat-back ran a best of 16.6 at PMI in Pueblo Colorado(roughly 5200 feet above sea level. Come up here and race me and I'll bet I'll beat you. Oh yeah, and my engine has bad compression too

There are 2 excuses for your SLOW, and I mean SLOW times:
1) You suck at shifting more than a $2 W#ore does on a d***.
2) Your car has major problems.

Im betting on the first. My car has 160,000 miles on it and thats why I have engine problems, what is your excuse?

He's probably either crying himself to sleep or he sold his maxi.
