Is it wrong to take out the tube that runs to the stock air filter box when I have a Stillen intake? What would happen if I take it out?...assuming that the air going through it isnt going to anything...

If you are talking about the front mounted scoop, it still brings "fresh" air into to the engine compartment. Unless you have a CAI, leave it in.
