I have abnormal fuel consumption

With the first move .. and 1st in a day .. the weather is cold or hot .. the car drinks several liters of fuel.. (about 2 liters) .. within a distance of 100 to 400 meters

When driving slowly - normal .. and stopping the car for a period..not less than an hour..the fuel is returned to the tank (about 2 liters only .. even if the missing was 4 liters or more) or in the morning of the next day..

When driving a distance, even if it is for a long time, the consumption of gasoline is normal, but sometimes she start to drink a few liters of fuel (2-4 liters), and maybe in 10 minutes.

When accelerating suddenly (one or three times) .. most she drink (2 liters or more) .. but the gradual acceleration does not often drink fuel most....

The problem has been going on for more than a year..and only now there is an annoying smell of fuel in batches at separate times from .tank area ...

There is no exhaust of any color..just vibration on Idle & Miss Fire both very simple, which are before fuel drink problem .for 1 year ..
