99 Maxima makes loud sputtering noises upon running for a few seconds, need help

Hello all, it has been a while since my last post, where I was talking about how my Maxima lost all of its oil in a very short amount of time. I have learned many things since then, the first of which is my lack of knowledge and experience with cars and their mechanics. So, I was looking at the car with my friend, and I pulled out the oil dipstick to find oil still at the end of it, which confused me. Maybe there was a little left there? So, I pulled off the oil filler cap, and there was some oil inside, to my shock. So we jumped the car, and it started up fine, without any sudden temperature spike on the dashboard gauge, which had me confused since that is what it did last time. So we let it run for a little bit; however, after a short while, it makes this sputtering noise, and my friend insists that he heard rod knock from the engine. I have attached two videos below, taken from two different phones next to each other, because I'm completely lost on what the issue might be and what I can do to fix it. I'm guessing it's something with the cooling system?

Your description and acknowledgement of your lack of car knowledge seems to imply that you pulled the oil stick and read it, which is not how you check oil levels properly.
Please clarify that when you checked the oil level, you pulled the stick, wiped off the stick, reinserted the stick, waited a few seconds, then pulled the stick to get a reading?
Also, checking the oil is best on a cold engine. Not warm, not recently started etc.

I was with Nesquik, and I can say that we did take out the dipstick, wipe it off, put it back, wait 5 seconds, and get the reading.
We did this before we even charged the battery up to try and start her up.
The only issue that could've been had with the reading is that the car was on a not perfectly level surface.

My thinking is to do an oil change and see if that helps.
I doubt that the engine is blown already, but is it possible?
