Check engine blinking light codes

Hi!

I recently got a check engine light on my 1998 Maxima, and when checking the lights with the ecu screw i got the light to blink the codes 39 and 75.

I can’t seem to find anywhere to pinpoint what these codes mean, the car drives and behaves well, i recently changed the knock sensor and since then it runs like normal.

I have a obd2 scanner but i can’t get it to talk with the car, neither can my local mechanic, hence why i am trying this way.

Thanks for any input and help!

What year is your Maxima ? Have you tried downloading the Factory Service Manual to look for a definition of the codes, or even Google ?

Does your clock work? If not, check the interior fuse panel for a 7.5 amp fuse labeled ELEC PARTS. There should be two fuses labeled this way, check both
