You may have a drain on the battery. Check the voltage on the battery with nothing on, if it is excessive then that may be your problem. Sounds like you do have one though.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere which is draining your battery even when your car is off. Shorts are tough to find. You will need a volt meter which can measure resistance and lots of patience.

If you have an aftermarket stereo, CD changer, etc, check to make sure you have the 12V constant and 12V Power wires hooked up correctly.

I got a rebuilt alt for 144 w/ a 84 dollar core. So total was 243, but then I took the core back and got back ~90 dollars.

Check your negative battery cable from the opposite end of the battery connection. You will need a 1/2 and or 3/8 drive rachet with an extension and a 12mm socket. Again just follow the cable down into the well of the engine compartment. You might have some play at this specific locality? Snug the nut to be sure that is not your problem. 96se auto (since new) all Amsoil lubricants/filters. replaced alternator at 115,000 miles, and starter at 157,000 miles although the starter still worked it was very tired! current mileage 164,300. Best Wishes! keep us posted!

...........and if none of that works, me n my mechanic had 2 pull each and every fuse to find a leak, and we eventually traced it 2 the oem security system ...... a bad unit was draining the battery overnight.

If that doesnt work, take it 2 dealer because electric prob's are a biatch

As stated above... check the battery connections... clean with baking soda/water if you got that 'crusty' stuff on them...

You can also have the battery 'load tested'.
