help with max problem!! whats wrong?????

help with max problem!! whats wrong?????

ok i was driving tonight and all of a sudden my cd player/radio turns off and i was kinda confused and then i look at my indiglos and they start to fade and the clock is fading too as well as all interior lights so i pull over and turn off the car and the air bag and some of the other lights come on and i try to start the car again and it wont even turn over so i wait a couple minutes and it starts so i keep driving and the clock starts to dim again so i was about to pull over but it came back on and i got home and turned off the car and it wont start now at all!!! all of you are prob gonna say my batterys dying but i just got this one less than 2 months ago!! what could be wrong???? please help! thanks

sounds like your alternator is dieing on you

Hook an ohmmeter up to the battery while it is running to see if the alternator is charging. It should read about 13-14 volts. Sounds like it wasn't charging and everything was running off the battery.
