in-dash changer?

Has anyone ever heard of a 6disk in-dash changer for the 4th gen Max??
If so, how much are they, or ever better I'd appreciate a pic.

I was offered an in-dash changer for $140US, but I have never seen nor heard of one. Do they actually exist for the 4th Gen Max?
How the heck do they fit in place of my BOSS (tape and CD) system?

Thanks a lot!

Go on ebay and do a search for it and you will get the info.

I've got the stock non-Bose 1-DIN cassette in my 95 SE, and I added on the Nissan 6 disc in dash changer to the open pocket right underneath, seamless integration.

If you've got the non-Bose and you wanna keep the cassette headunit, this is an option you could consider.

I know that Blaupunkt had one for my headunit.

But yeah, go to www.crutchfield.com and do a little browsing.

Didnt the non bose option for the stock radio come with an indash cd changer? I don't think it was 6 but it may have been like 3 or 4. It fit right in that little draw under the radio.

I have the BOSS CD and cassette, but can you tell me what is the model of the in-dash changer, I don't care much for the cassette, I never use it. I just like the idea of the in-dash changer on my 98Max.

I don't think the in-dash changer I have will work on the Bose headunit. Sorry.

SuDZ,
the non-Bose came with an option for a 1-disc cd player only. The in-dash changer I got is the same one they use in the current Sentra. It's made by Clarion, and so is the non-Bose cassette deck. Seamless integration!

Cheapest I've seen is $199 (in-dash, not trunk-mounted) at http://www.nissandiscountparts.com/cdspecial.htm - I think this is the same one I have.

maxi99, the dealership you mention, do they have a phone # or website? It is the 6-disc in-dash changer right? $130 is a very good price.
