Raced a Civic SI (I/H/E)
I finally ran into this kid from my town that I always see rollin around...Its a newer Civic SI 5spd with CAI, headers and exhaust...Talk is he has Headers but its kind of iffy...the things doesnt sound ricy at all...
I was merging onto the highway and he was already cruizin..Me and him were the only ones on the highway...We cruized down about 3 miles till I heard him open it up and I shifter to 3rd and pinned it...I hung right with him till traffic started to get heavy...He weaved tru traffic and put on his flashers. Pi**ed me off... At the next light, alittle bit down the road, I rolled up next to him...we talk till the light turned green but there were cars in front of us...the car in front of me moved over and I pinned it up the right side and away...he switched laned and pinned it and tryed to keep up...the thing isnt that fast...I got to about 100 and flicked my flashers...it was pretty far back...granted it takes time to switch lanes and stuff but I didnt pull on me once he switched and had time to pin it...Im proud of my maxima and the fine work she did tonight
I will see him again, but he did tell my gf brother that he thinks my car is really quick...
I didnt make a seperate post about it but after that I ****ed on an RSX on the highway...

lucky SI or rsx didn't have turbo or they would of smoked you wow u beat a 4cyl junk u are supposed to beat them unless they have a sh*t load of parts worth more then there car. good luck with some faster car's. no prob for me just need my good friend named *BOOST*

He does had a supercharger.
But he doesn't race other Maximas because he doesn't want to waste gas.

this post is kinda lame =\ sorry...civic si were never competition anyways... 5 speed or auto maxima shouldn't have a problem...and about turboed civic si... well...duh! but think about it..if we got turbo, we'll pretty much kill all the hondas....
