240 Vs Megamax

have any of you guys ever raced a 240, and if so did you win??? I wonder who would win .... i am planning on getting a 240 and my friend has a Max... I am goona race him in the summer

my friends got a 97 240sx se. Plan on getting smoked by a max unless you upgrade to an SR20DET.

i raced a 1971 240z. rear wheel drive in line 6. he beat me bad.

Mike rose was that 240z modded, if not you shouldnt have lost those werent that fast in the staright line stock.

I had a 91 240SX... it was a piece of $hit... it took me awhile getting use to not having to gas the car to get it to go when I got the Max

light modifications. he had me from the start because my clutch is slipping bad. it is too bad too because i have only had my clutch for 9 months

Stock for stock, Maxima takes the 240 by quite a few carlenghts. But a turbo 240 will take out a Supercharged Maxima. There were a few videos of them racing on that Supra Video site.

not always. I know a guy down here with a turbo 240sx. Actually it's the same guy I raced in the link I posted above. I used to walk him, now he will kick my a$$. But he still only runs about 14.0...

They may be slow, but they sure are wayy more fun to drive than a Maxima.

The Maxima is a boat compared to the 240sx which has some tight steering and handling..and hte chassis is so rigid.
