maxspeed sping instalation...part 1
Today I undertook the instalation of maxspeed springs on the front. The front install took me ~5 hours by myself, which could've been shortened by about 1 hour if I didn't have a very stubborn bolt. The install is very accesible to anyone with patience, a good set of tools, and just a bit of know how. Research is encouraged, since I found all the info, and tips I needed right here on the org.
Back to the install, when I was done, it scared the crap out of me, when I looked at the car, and the right side was a full half inch lower then the left. I took a spin around the neighborhood, and it settled. Right now I have a 4 finger gap left in my fenders. And the front is about 3/4" lower then the rear, with a system in the trunk. I hope when I put my rear springs on, the rear will not sag. I took before pics, and I will take after pics in a week, and I will post them. So far the ride is great, almost the same as stock. I havent had a chance for any high speed turns yet.
Should I expect the springs to settle more, and give me a slightly lower drop?

I have the MaxSpeed springs on my car. I had them installed about 2 months ago. The back is slightly higher than the front, but when you pile a couple of people in the back it looks dead even. The ride is good except on bad roads, then you can feel them being stiffer than stock. I like mine and have recommended them to other org members that asked, for the money you can't beat 'em. BTW, I left the stock struts in.

It's a fairly straight-forward and simple procedure.
