Cruizing by a highschool in my town tue afternoon, goin to pick my girlfriend up, and out of nowhere a girl comes flyin out of the Senior parking lot and smashes into the side of me, she said a van was in her way of seeing me...Hit the back of the back passenger side door and the back quarter panal, oh and not to mention ruined one of my rims...Well now I can get the door that was crushed in from the previos owner fixed, which i was going to in the summer, it was starting to get to me I got an estimate on it last week,,,$400 to fix that door
so she is a good girl

 

well .. i guess some things work out for the better

 

She's a smart girl

1) She used her judgement to decide it was ok to proceed despite the van blocking her view

2) She only hit the door that got dented, not both doors.

3) She was 'hitting' on you

 

At least you end up getting somethign out of the deal.

That sucks but at least ur gettin what u want out of it......i hate people who just gun it since they cant see, ****es the **** out of me They always start going when you like 10ft away, thats why i always slow down at places like that.

 

If anyone can help me I got hit last week about 2200 in damage, the police report shows the it was the guys fault 100% he ran the stop sign and slammed into me. Anyway the guy lives in Florida and I live in NY. I can't get my car repaired because the cops forget to give me the guys insurance company and it takes about 3 weeks to find out. Is there a way I can find what insurance company he has so I can get the estimate by the insurance to get it fixed. I have all his information name, address, license plate etc..
