someone told me that putting a supercharger on a car cuts the engine life dramatically. is that true? if not, what kind of supercharger do you suggest for a 97 maxima se?

 

I doubt that is true is at all. There are only two types of superchargers available to the max the V1 and v2 sold by stillen. I dont believe the v1 is still in production so ud have to get a new V2 from stillen.com or a used v1 from someone. Cost is around 3300-4000 for parts and about 500 for labor unless you do it yourself.
