Yes, at WOT; but at partial throttle I don't think you will notice a difference.

If you rev it in Neutral, you won't notice much difference.

If you push it while you're driving, it'll growl from around 3k RPMs and up. If you drive normal and stay under 3k, you won't notice too much of a difference.
