First, http://www.dictionary.com/

What year car, what trim, etc. How did you attach the new guages to the old ones?

I had the same problem w/ my gauge overlays. You need to use a small amount of thin double-sided tape near the needle openings of the gauges to keep them from bulging out and interfering with the needles movement. Open up your gauge cluster again and gain access to the indiglos again. Once you have access cut a small 1/2" section of the double-sided tape and while gently prying the indiglo from the factory gauge face use tweezers to place the tape down near the center of the gauge, or near the needle. Assuming the gauge face is a clock, I have a small piece of tape at 9 and 3 on both the tach and speedo, and at 9 on both the fuel and temp gauges. Hope this helps and good luck.
