Installation Problem

I just bought a pair of 96 euro lights for my maxima and i was just curious how to install them. Along with the lights are wires with a black round thing on one end and a white plug on the other. I was hoping that someone could either send me a link to a website with instuctions, or just explain to me how to do it. thanks alot.
