? on trim levels

Does anyone know what the Titanium trim package is? availabe in 99..

ebay car for sale
is this in reference to a dash trim kit?

I had wanted to do a dash trim kit but the carbon fiber is just aweful loking. and alumimun on a tan interior is no better...

Never heard of that but I'm assuimg it's part of the SE-L trim for '99
