vq30det & vq30de ?'s

With there being a turbocharged version of the vq30de, shouldn't it be easy to turbo the stock engine in the maxima or is it hard to get parts from japan to do this? I'm asking if it is possible to turbo a maxima using parts from the vq30det? would this be reasonable?

So changing to a turbo in this car wouldn't be like changing to a turbo in a nissan with an sr20de.

The Car in Japan that had the VQ30DET was basiclly a Q45 RWD. Other than the internals, nothing wil just drop in to ours.
