New Front Bumper treatment

Well.. I'm not sure how NEW it is... I've seen it done on 96 and earlier Max's but I wasn't impressed with the results.

I haven't seen one on a 97-99 model... which I think looks TONS better. Has anyone done this that can show real pictures? Is there any inherent problems with doing this? I am at a loss for the amount of kits in general for the car and am trying to go a different route.

Thanks to 1 Hot Max for the pic... It was the best one I could find to do the editing on.

I'm open to suggestions... and knowing this board, flames.

i think that is a nice change. i like giving things that are different a chance...the only thing i don't like about that car showed, i'm not a big fan of the trenz grille on that color max with headlight eyelids. i think it looks too light and would look awesome, or much better with the stock on their. but that's just my opinion.

Yes, but....

I think it looks tacky on the 95-96 model. I had seen that thread before and it doesnt give any insight into my model.

I'm wondering about the 97-99 model bumpers... Has anyone removed their bumper and seen whats underneath? What bar are they talking about?

See this is the kind of info I'm looking for. I want to do this, but I need some info from people that have done something similar or have experience with doing mods like this.
