can i put 225/45/18 on my max or bigger?

can i put 225/45/18 on my max or bigger?

Honestly I don't care about width I care about that fact that I am gonna have a gap and I want them to be cheap. I am assuming that with width comes expense.

Most people run 235/40/18, myself included. If you're looking to decrese the gap shocks/springs are the way to go. You want the overall diameter of the wheel/tire to stay the same so your speedo isn't off.

Any other suggestions about tire size..i dont wanna drop it right now

unless you are willing to risk the speedo being off and putting undrivin miles on your car, you want to deal with the gap by getting springs and not fiddling with the tire size

i think he means that ur speedo would be off so it will
read the mileage wrong too
BTW i would get 235 or bigger...i have 17x7 and i have 225/45
225 looks kinda small

225 is a bit skimpy - i must agree with everyone else and go with 235

btw- u can get khumos for 140...... 235/40/18
