Air Silencer

I was wondering how to remove the air silencer, and also, if it benefits performance or sound at all. Thanks

the resonator i guees. If ur talking bout the intake, u replace the upper piece of the intake. If it's exhaust, you replace the resonators with straight piping.

Which one? I'm assuming you're referring to the air intake resonator. There are two, one off of the "ram scoop" and the other is known as the upper pipe and is between the MAF and throttle body. If you remove the one on the scoop you'll get a very little bit of noise and maybe some more top end. If you remove the upper pipe resonator you need to plug the hole and you'll get a lot more noise and maybe a little more low power. These are guesses and assume you still have the stock air intake.
