What are the NON-194 bulbs in the 1998 gauge cluster?

What are the NON-194 bulbs in the 1998 gauge cluster?
Hey guys, my check engine light is burned out (I think). I never see it when I turn the key to ON, and it didn't light up when I disconnected the left O2 sensor and ran the car for a while.
A search on here let me know that the small bulbs that light the idiot lights are NOT 194s, but nobody seems to know what size they are if you get them from anyone buy a dealer.
Anyone know?
