how do you remove the covers on the fuses? i already took off the box with the description on it. i tried pulling on but it wont budge.. my owners manual says use the fuse remover but i dont see any....

I hope you're not talking about the fusible links under the hood.
Fusible links come in ratings above 20A with a see-through cover where you can see if the fusible link has burnt or not. Doesn't look like the fuses under your dash.
Please clarify which one you're trying to pull out.
Some fusible links might be screwed down (I know the main fusible link in the older Attimas were screwed in position, you had to unsnap the housing cover to loosen the screws).
