budget intake?? - u mean OSCAI?? ..... if you want a real budget intake, goto procarparts.com and look for the k&N look alike filter with maf bracket, its like 25 bucks.

i bought the one at procarparts. it is seemingly the same as every other kind of hai. it was cheap and fit perfect for me. some people said the holes didn't line up on their adapter piece, but for my 95 they lined up fine. it sounds pretty good. i think i'm gonna do the upper intake soon so it will be louder and hopefully bring up the low end that is lossed.
