Brake light
Is there any other reason why the brake light on the dash would come on other than a bad switch on the emergency brake handle?
I'm a heavy user of the e-brake. When my Max is parked, the e-brake is set. A habit I got into several years ago when I had to park on a hill on a daily basis.
I installed Goodridge brake lines and flushed the master cylinder and lines about 2 weeks ago.
Now, about 2 days ago, the brake light on the dash has come on and stays on. I haven't replaced or looked at the switch on the e-brake handle yet.
I was just curious if any other conditions can cause it to come on.
Seems very coincidental.
