homemade 96 grill, not lookin too good..............................
i bought some aluminum screen from home depot the other day trying to install a grill on the "g" ride,it didn't satisfy me that much and besides the trenz lookz better anyway.i also bought what was called a "stucko mesh" again from home de-POT .i also cut that into shape but i didn't like it anyway.total cost for experiment
aluminum screen $7.50
stucko mesh $2.50
love for my maxima $ PRICELESS
Anyways for all you wanting to make your own grill make sure you figure out how to put the clips back in the grill cuz i had a hard time figuring it out.it took me more time to put the clips rather than cut and shape the mesh .anywayz i'm out peace

Try getting some gutter guard mesh at Home Depot instead. Comes in sheets that are about 3ft x 6inches and in packs of 6 I think.
This is what most guys use and it comes out looking nice. I used this to put behind my 98 grille, and it looks nice. Easy to work with, just be careful of the sharp edges.
