ok, i found some instructions for changing my antenna mast........and the install went fairly smooth. took off the nut with some needle nose pliers, turned on the radio, pulled the old antenna off...... placed the new antenna in and turned the radio off, it got sucked in. now here is the problem, i turned on the radio and the antenna wouldnt extend all the way. I tried greasing it up, but it didnt help, is there a special way in how i should feed it into the motor? Like compress the antenna all the way and then feed it, and then turn off the radio......... or something else?
