Does anyone know if the Budget's f-pipe good for my CA spec MAX?

No it isn't. They only make fed spec.

ALL ypipes are ILLEGAL....just when warmed up, they will pass emmissions

from what i've read, it looks like it has something to do
with an oxygen sensor. Maybe the CA spec has an extra one??

I think that Budget's f-pipe should fit CA spec MAX just fine. Could you guys check this pic and tell me what you think?
