Cone vs CAI

Should I keep my PRCAI or should I get the Stillen Hi-flow intake instead? What would be the difference in sound, and difference in performance?

CAI

sound:

Cone sounds louder inside and CAI sounds louder outside the car

Performance:

Cone gives more top ends but CAI give low and midrange better
