Nissan Maxima performance muffler

Is this a good thing for a maxima?

A brand new Powertech Performance muffler to fit a Nissan Maxima. It is beautifully crafted with seamless welds. It features a 3.5" single tip for a nice low tone. Made of T-304 stainless steel.

I wanna get it.. but what do u guys think?

i gave up on riceboy cans. after a week and a half of using my N1 style i was about to go nuts until my borla proXS muffler arrived. i had that welded on and life was feeling better. i think it's the perfect combination. it's only loud when you want it to be loud. if you wanna know more about my setup, search through my posts.

I would never call a muffler a "performance" type. Almost all muffler will have the same effect (although maybe different sounds) add 2hp if you're lucky. Now a cat-back, that's different - but the majority of the power comes from the B-pipe, and that only if it's mandrel bent. Any aftermarket muffler will provide about the same performance, but things like droning, rust, and image are things to look for. BTW I also like Remus but I would never pay their prices for just a muffler.

I agree Vyrus.. but the muffler looks really nice.. even though maxima's don't get a good amount of HP on any type of muffler.. the one i'm sellin' looks really good... it's still up for grabs.. and waitin' for a person who wants to buy it for 95.. if he does... but as he continues to be on vacation.. it's still up...
