I guess I made #4. He told me that he will buy the parts after he receives the money, so he'll stock whatever color you want. I picked blue.
The deal is good through 11:59 PM tonight, so if you guys are still interested in the $50 Stinger kit, go ahead and PM Shinjiduo.
You don't have to link your bank account to Paypal to use it. They just want you to do that so they can play with your money, they charge a ~$1.75 fee if you use a credit card. Normally, the recipient of the funds pays a X% charge, but Shinjiduo asks that you send the money as a gift to shift the fee's burden to the sender.

Right, if you send a gift payment with a bank account linked to PayPal, there is no fee. If you pay with a credit/debit card linked to PayPal, there is a fee. If you send/receive money as a business transaction, there is a fee for the recipient.

To be clear, I'm not complaining, just stating some facts. I've known some online merchants that add-on a price to their product to cover the Paypal fee. Brick-and-mortar stores just suck up the fees incurred by Mastercard/Visa/American Express, however--just the cost of doing business.
