Hey everyone, I have my bose headunit out of my 2003. It has the TE finish. I was having some problems with the CD player, idk if it's still giving problems or what, But i'd like to get rid of it. Make an offer. plus, not posting pictures because i'm pretty sure you know what this looks like.

 

Does the unit have the 6-disc changer built in or in the trunk?

It was funny, it worked the weekend I bought the car. Drove up to Rochester for college, and it just stopped working. Took me not even a month to replace the crap...
Now using a nice Pioneer with USB input and the GXE kit

 

someone said this wont work on non-bose maximas...anyone know if this is true?

 

You said it has the TE finish?...I thought all BOSE in '02/03 had that finish.

It's similar, but not all. Only Titanium Packaged Maxima's came with the TE finish around the bose, hvac, and the vents.

 

I'm pretty sure it won't because the Bose head units have a separate amp for the speakers and the regular ones have them built in.

I'm not too sure, I know my car has the TE color on the vents and the HVAC unit, which was a huge PITA for any dash kit I used.
