Will the Mud Flaps fit the 02/03 side skirts?

 

these go on the rear bumper. 02/03 has no rear lip. These are from an 03.

 

Will the mud flaps fit a 2000 with no rear lip and no side skirts?

 

Yes. The 2000 maxima uses the same rear bumper as the 2003.
