Those who bought Grille Tech lower valence

Hey fellow orgers, I just wanted to let those who bought this lower valence and have a full nose mask to inform you that you no longer can put the mask on. I was taking a long ride, thats when I put my nose mask on and realized that the lower valence by grille Tech on the 2k2 closes off were you attach the nose mask to the bumper. If anyone has a work around let us know. By the way the lower grille valence installs very easily and looks seamless, looks stock.

The only work-around I can think of would be to maybe use velcro on the back side of the grill-tech to hold it on. That way you could take the grill-tech off fairly easy when you want to put the nose mask on. The velcro should hold it because it really only has to be held on when its sitting still. The wind resistance should keep it from flying off while driving.

Maybe its a crazy idea but it shouldn't cost much to try it.

BTW, I'm not responsible if your grill-tech does fly off while driving!

Hey Kloogy, Thanks for all your effort to create this deal. I for one got this deal thru E-Bay and spent $2 dollars extra. Had I known that you set up this deal I would of been in with you. The quality is great and I'm looking forward to the up coming grille. Let us know if you are setting up a GD for the grille when it comes out. Again thanks for your efforts in keeping the cost down towards modification of this awesome vehicle.

Let me know, I really want to loose the hamburger/whopper on my front grill.

It would be nice if this were a complete replacement. Take out the factory grill and put this one in its place.

Trenz is the one with the horizontal slants right?

I really like the street scenes one for the 00-01's.

Oh well...sooner or later...

Work around for nose mask

Hey guys we got ot here, so if anyone has thought of that work around it would be great. The paint on these cars is bad and anything we can do to protect against those chips will be appreciated. Velcro maybe but at 90 and 100 mph I don't know; would hate to lose it. The cost of a clear bra is to much. Also does the clear bra come off? I have Expel on my lenses and they are there for life. I'm sure over time the plastic coating will get crappy looking.
