Another 2K2 Injen install....

Well I changed out my Frankencar and installed the new Injen intake. I have to admit I like the Injen better. Injen seems to pull harder and the "quieter" growl is a refreshing change.
One of these days I'll take both intakes to the dyno shop and verify my butt calibration.

The number one reason for changing is that it looks absolutely awesome.

Props to Injen.

I just got my MAF replaced. Did you do anything special to avoid damaging the sensor?

I think unplugging the battery before installation helps warrant against possible shorts when unplugging the MAF. Just a guess, but it makes sense. Other than that, I didn't do anything special.

now if they would only make it for the auto. i know people have installed it on the 2k2 auto but had a few fittment issues and i want mine perfect.

Damn Left, I thought you rolled off the modding table.... ... Nice to see you back spending $$ like the rest of us ! Im sticking with the Frankencar. The Injen is too quiet for me. The only way I would get it, would be if it gets a C.A.R.B number..
